Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 15, 2026
x-coms is a beta service for creating and managing coin communities connected to X. This policy explains how the x-coms website, API, and Chrome extension handle data.
Data we collect
- Beta login data, including generated username and password credentials.
- Community data created by owners, such as coin name, ticker, chain, contract address, rules, and sponsor text.
- Posts saved by an owner, including text entered by the owner and X post or profile URLs selected in the extension.
- Basic technical data needed to operate the service, such as request time, IP address, browser information, and server logs.
Chrome extension data
The x-coms Chrome extension runs only on x.com and twitter.com. It adds an owner sidebar and share buttons so beta owners can save selected X links into their x-coms community.
The extension stores the user's x-coms login token locally in Chrome storage so the user can stay logged in. The extension sends login requests, selected X URLs, and owner-created post text to https://x-coms.com. It does not sell browsing data and does not track users across unrelated websites.
How we use data
- To authenticate beta owners.
- To create, display, moderate, and manage x-coms communities.
- To let owners save selected X posts or profile links into their community.
- To protect the service against abuse, spam, and unauthorized access.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers that host the website, API, database, and logs. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the service and its users.
Remote code
The Chrome extension does not execute remote code. Its functionality is included in the extension package. It communicates with the x-coms API to send and receive account, community, and post data.
Data retention and deletion
Beta account, community, and post data is kept while the beta service is active or while needed for security and operational reasons. Community owners or administrators can request deletion of account, community, or post data.
Contact
For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact the x-coms operator through the official x-coms website or owner support channel.
